On this project (still in progress), for phase 1, we  cut back the roof, added rafters vents, built out fly rafters (the building had no overhangs which lead to rotted siding), re-sheathed the roof and added Ice/Water shield, and then finished the fascia soffit with PVC.

For phase 2, we removed all of the siding/trim, repaired the rotted sheathing, put up new membrane, then 3inch rocksul insulation boards and built out the window and door jambs. Once mechanicals were ran, we covered everything with more plywood and weather membrane. We then swapped out all of the windows. The final step, siding the entire place with Hardie siding, is currently underway. More photos to come.

Phase 3 is also in process. We’re painting the entire interior and rebuilding the window jambs, among other finish carpentry details.
